Description

You will lead field service operations for EV infrastructure, own P&L targets, and scale service operations across regions. You will drive operational performance, partner with sales for market expansion, and build a high-performing, safety-first culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field service operations, EV infrastructure, power systems, or related industries
• Direct experience with EV charging infrastructure and OEM ecosystems
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and delivering against revenue and margin targets
• Strong background in scaling service operations across multiple regions or nationally
• Deep understanding of power electronics, EV charging infrastructure, or critical electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against P&L targets including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost management
• Lead all aspects of field service operations, including technicians, dispatch, and service partner networks
• Drive operational performance across metrics such as utilization, route efficiency, first-time fix rates, and SLA attainment
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to support national accounts, MSAs, and market expansion
• Serve as executive escalation point for customer, quality, and service delivery issues
