You'll serve as the central hub for satellite bandwidth customers, managing contractual deliverables and revenue tracking. Your core impact is ensuring customer support, engineering alignment, and financial accuracy. This role offers hands-on exposure to satellite network operations in a fast-growing space company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage customer lifecycle as primary commercial point of contact
- Own commercial revenue tracking and billing accuracy
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting with engineering teams
- Maintain rigorous documentation of interactions and commitments
๐ Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Account Management or Commercial Operations
- Technical degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or CS preferred
- Financial literacy and comfort with contracts and revenue tracking
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
