You'll manage global office expansion projects for Unity's Design and Construction team, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and Legal. Your core impact is delivering tenant improvement projects on time and within budget, while helping develop global workflow standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tenant improvements, functional upgrades, and office densifications globally.
• Collaborate with Finance to create budgets and report cashflow.
• Work with Procurement and Legal to conduct RFPs and select vendors.
• Lead project communications and ensure quality standards are met.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering tenant improvement projects as part of Owner's team or vendor.
• Strong project management process knowledge in Design and Construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Owner and vendor sides.
• Ability to manage complex teams with multiple disciplines.

✨ Nice to Have

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Interior Design.
• CFM, PMP, or IFMA certification.
• Ability to use AutoCAD or REVIT.
