Description

You will lead financial planning and analysis for Anduril's Rocket Motor Systems business, driving pricing, cost analysis, and strategic growth. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and headcount planning, providing analytical insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own long-range budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for consolidated company plan
• Drive cash flow forecasting and management efforts
• Develop complex financial models to assess scenarios and support strategic initiatives
• Lead headcount forecasting and reporting, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards to communicate performance to senior leadership
