🎯 What You'll Do

• Support cross-functional teams with program planning and tracking
• Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leadership
• Own and enhance program management systems like Planview and Planisware
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8 years of experience in program management, operations, or systems
• Hands-on experience with program management tools like Planview, Planisware, MS Project
• Strong skills in data/reporting tools

• Experience in biotech/pharma
• Experience supporting drug development programs
