💼 About This Role

You'll lead the test and validation function for a climate technology company building Direct Air Capture systems. You'll define performance metrics, build quality and reliability capabilities, and drive system-level testing from R&D to commercial scale. This role offers the chance to build a world-class capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate test labs, developing data and reporting standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing test and reliability team
• Drive system-level testing of FOAK DAC prototypes
• Define and own system performance metrics and data interpretation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in test engineering with end-to-end hardware test ownership
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Strong instrumentation and data acquisition expertise

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred
• Industrial or energy hardware experience
• Reliability engineering or predictive maintenance background
