💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with our team to set up your own ABA practice from the ground up, focusing on a local market or remote clients. You'll provide supervision, conduct assessments, and ensure evidence-based treatment. This role empowers you to own your practice with full support from Finni Health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.
• Communicate on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable licensure to practice within Virginia.
• Three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
