Description
You will lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of credit card partnerships across multiple verticals, collaborating with internal teams to launch and manage partnerships that deliver customer value and align with business priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Experience building and managing external partnerships, including negotiating and structuring agreements
- Experience working on complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and defined business outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Experience in the credit card industry or in restaurants, hospitality, or related sectors
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partners across dining, health and wellness, travel, and related categories
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms and implementation approach
- Launch new partnerships by coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and operations teams
- Manage ongoing partner relationships, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Analyze partnership performance and use data to inform decisions and improve customer value proposition
