You'll lead an established engineering team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. You'll balance delivery, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes and a strong team culture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Lead delivery rituals like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Managers to shape backlogs and align priorities
• Support team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in a SaaS environment
• Background in software engineering with technical discussion skills
• End-to-end delivery ownership balancing quality and timelines
• People-focused leadership with coaching and mentoring experience
