As a Senior Consultant, you will manage challenging projects at banks and financial service providers, helping them harness the full potential of data and AI. You will advise management on strategy development, implement AI-powered transformation, and design innovative data-driven products, working in a collaborative team to solve complex client challenges.

Requirements

• Practical professional experience and first leadership experience in consulting or international company
• Completed university degree in business, business informatics, engineering, or equivalent
• Interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis
• Passion for banking, data, and generative AI
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Support transformation of business models and processes with end-to-end digitalization and AI-based innovations in banking
• Advise management of leading banks on strategy development and implementation, especially in corporate and retail banking
• Develop and implement AI strategies, data-based products, and technology strategies in analytics and data management
• Conceptualize and implement AI automation and agentic AI solutions
• Collaborate with expert teams to create solutions for complex client requirements
