🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily site activities according to project schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and budget compliance
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards (VCA, ISO)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in construction or industrial engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in building construction or similar projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Practical mindset with ability to motivate teams
