You'll design AI-powered payment experiences for a leading AI lending marketplace, shaping how borrowers make, manage, and recover payments. You'll bridge platform capabilities and real user needs across web and conversational interfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end payment experiences across web and conversational AI agents
• Translate complex payment workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Define interaction patterns for conversational interfaces including dialogue flows
• Use data and experimentation to iterate on designs and improve key metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of product design experience delivering end-to-end user experiences
• Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces
• Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic and error handling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing LLM-powered interfaces such as chatbots or AI agents
• Experience designing transactional or financial workflows like payments or lending
• Familiarity with fintech or regulated consumer products
