You'll lead a team of producers at TEGNA's CW/FOX affiliate in Hartford, creating captivating shows and exploring new methods of audience-focused content. Your impact will be mentoring journalists and executing newsroom strategy to deliver trusted local news.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate and execute long-term newsroom strategy
• Train, develop, and coach the newsroom team across platforms
• Oversee daily editorial process and on-air execution
• Review scripts and ensure accuracy of rundowns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field
• Prior experience as a news producer and newsroom leader
• Track record of quality journalism and ethical decision-making
• Knowledge of AP ENPS, Edius, and content management systems
