Description

In this role, you will lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You'll visit clients in their homes, supervise field clinicians, assist with in-home assessments, and handle case management.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire RN license in good standing
• Minimum two years recent clinical field experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
• Experience with clinical oversight including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Solid communication and PC skills

Responsibilities
