💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function for clinical software solutions at Avelios, a startup digitizing hospitals. You'll architect scalable solutions and act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and hospital operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the FDE team, including mentoring and hiring
• Own solution architecture across key projects and strategic customers
• Act as technical authority in complex sales cycles
• Design scalable architectures, APIs, and integrations end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in solution architecture in B2B/enterprise
• Strong expertise in system architecture, APIs, and integration design
• Fluent German (must-have) and strong English skills

• Experience with clinical or hospital IT systems
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, networking, security, VPN)
