🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in high-demand industrial environments.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
• Develop and refine maintenance schedules and reliability improvement strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in facility operations or industrial plant environments.
• Advanced technical expertise in power distribution, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, or structural maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance projects and execute system upgrades with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
