💼 About This Role

You'll lead commissioning and testing of critical electrical systems for xAI's AI supercomputing facilities, ensuring power infrastructure reliability in high-density compute environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex integration challenges and enable rapid scaling. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute commissioning plans and test procedures
• Lead FAT, SAT, and load bank testing for electrical systems
• Coordinate with design, construction, vendors, and operations
• Document test results, deficiencies, and as-built conditions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in commissioning tools and processes
• Experience with power systems (MV/LV, generators, UPS, switchgear)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years commissioning in mission-critical facilities
• Experience with natural gas generation or data center infrastructure
• Familiarity with SEL relays, BMS/EPMS, or Navisworks
