💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of equity-centered programs supporting energy, housing, climate, and transportation initiatives. You'll translate complex RFPs into scalable program strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and prioritize funding opportunities and partnership proposals.
• Design programs using logic models, customer journey maps, and equity frameworks.
• Develop budgets, pricing models, KPIs, and evaluation strategies.
• Lead proposal project management, coordinating timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years experience in program design, strategy, or proposal management.
• Proven experience leading RFP responses and complex proposal development.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working with governments, utilities, or nonprofits.
