You will lead complex cross-functional supply chain projects, driving process and system improvements from concept to implementation, making an immediate impact on scaling operations in a dynamic defense technology environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in supply chain data management in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope, develop plans, and manage execution.
• Design and implement new supply chain processes and systems.
• Manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, and mitigate risks.
• Champion change management by developing communication plans and adoption strategies.
• Hold teams accountable for deliverables, clearing roadblocks and driving decisions.
