🎯 What You'll Do

• Design progression systems like achievements, ranks, and challenges
• Create engagement loops to boost retention and daily active usage
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs from concept through launch

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, fintech, or gaming
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work and high-quality UX/UI
• Expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows
• Experience designing engagement systems or progression mechanics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, fantasy sports, trading, or crypto platforms
• Familiarity with growth experimentation and A/B testing
