Description

You will provide as-needed speech therapy services to geriatric participants, evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You'll ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology from accredited program
• Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) and NPI at hire
• BLS/CPR certification
• Native fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• One year clinical experience in Speech Pathology

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic tests and provide treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
• Advise IDT of test results and recommend appropriate treatments
• Monitor status of results and collaborate to alter treatment programs
• Ensure compliance with TJC, federal, state, and local requirements
• Document participant progress and maintain accurate records
