You'll lead a high-performing sales team for the UK&I region at Pigment, an AI-powered business planning platform. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth and scaling the enterprise sales motion.   • Directly manage a team of 6-7 individual contributors
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed enterprise revenue targets
  • Collaborate with revenue functions to optimize processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing Enterprise Sales teams
  • Proven track record as a Sales Executive in SaaS
  • Experience managing long deal cycles of 6+ months with ACV >$150k
  • Experience building and leading the UK&I market
