Description

As an Engineering Manager at Storable, you'll lead and mentor a team of engineers, champion development processes, and collaborate with product management to build software for the RV and campground division. Your role is critical in fostering a high-performing, positive culture and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience and 1+ year of development leadership experience
• Demonstrated technical leadership and people management skills with attention to detail
• Experience with agile development processes
• Hands-on experience driving technical efforts in cloud-based applications
• Proven track record of driving quality with commitment to automated testing

Responsibilities

• Own and champion development process including SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, build, issue tracking, incident management, and testing
• Build, maintain, and grow a high-performing software development team through hiring, training, and onboarding
• Identify and eliminate non-value-add activities to enable developers to focus on development
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to sustain high productivity and morale
• Collaborate with Product Management on product requirements and advocate for engineering team
