You'll lead microinjection molding processes for cutting-edge microfluidic devices at Parallel Fluidics. Your work will directly impact the production of next-generation life science tools. This role offers hands-on development and scaling in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize microinjection molding processes for microfluidic devices
• Oversee mold design, testing, and fabrication including micro-scale tooling
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in injection molding with focus on microinjection processes
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, Hypermill)
• Deep understanding of thermoplastics for microfluidic manufacturing
