🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and prototype full-stack solutions with Next.js.
• Embed SOX compliance into system architecture and code.
• Build AI-augmented workflows using tools like Cursor.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentorship.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 2+ years as Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Payload CMS or similar headless CMS.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with Figma design collaboration.
