You'll lead AI-powered backend development at Deel, the all-in-one HR platform for global teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Design, and QA to scope features.
• Make technical decisions that keep the team efficient and aligned.
• Use AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate feature development.
• Build and ship AI products, workflows, and agents end-to-end.
• Ship robust backend features with full ownership: design to deploy.

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior role.
• Experience with NodeJS or Python.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL fundamentals, especially PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience shipping real products using Claude.
