💼 About This Role

You'll perform and coordinate preventive maintenance for facility assets to support 24/7 lab operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure critical systems like HVAC and BAS run efficiently and compliantly. This role offers direct impact on cancer detection technology at GRAIL.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform planned, preventive, corrective, and on-demand maintenance on facility assets.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to assess functionality and compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Building Automation System (BAS) alarms.
• Maintain records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and spare parts.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance or operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including evenings and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• 4+ years maintenance or operational experience
• Industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Life sciences industry experience, preferably in regulated lab
