💼 About This Role

You'll be the CEO's and CFO's go-to problem solver for Lovable's highest-priority strategic challenges. You'll operate as the company's first Strategic Operations hire, deploying into critical gaps and leaving behind a function that runs without you. You start as an individual contributor and build a team of exceptional generalists over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own special projects end-to-end for the executive team
• Scope and execute new market entry or cross-functional initiatives
• Recruit and develop a small team of exceptional generalists
• Use AI and automation to build a fast, AI-native operating model

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of broad-ranging experience
• Foundation in management consulting (MBB) or banking/PE preferred
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or BI tools
• Experience in startup or high-growth environment

• Technical degree or deep technical exposure
• Experience with AI tools and agents
• Multiple tours across strategy, ops, finance, partnerships
