You'll lead global compensation strategy and program architecture at a leading gaming company. Your core impact is designing competitive compensation frameworks that attract and retain talent across geographies. This role offers the opportunity to shape pay equity and executive compensation programs at a publicly traded company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with HRBPs and label leadership on hiring and retention compensation.
- Design and maintain global salary structures and incentive programs.
- Lead global compensation cycles including AIP and equity processes.
- Oversee market benchmarking and job architecture governance.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in global compensation.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale global initiatives or M&A integration.
- Expert knowledge of global salary structures and market benchmarking methodologies.
- Deep experience supporting equity programs (RSUs, PSUs) and long-term incentives.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with executive compensation design.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CCP preferred.
- Familiarity with gaming or technology sectors.
