💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities. You'll perform diagnostic tests and develop individualized care plans to promote independence. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a hybrid setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, balance, strength).
• Implement integumentary protective interventions for wound prevention.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
• Computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
