Description

You will build and lead the identity management and authentication infrastructure for Cribl's platform, working on full-stack TypeScript across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments. Your technical leadership will drive architectural changes, automate testing, and enhance CI/CD systems while mentoring less senior engineers.

Requirements

• Full-stack TypeScript/Node.js with clean, testable code
• Experience in large-scale highly available distributed systems and SaaS platforms
• Developing resilient/scalable backend services on AWS or other major cloud provider
• RESTful API design with security and intuitiveness
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, Linux, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Define and refine software development practices for team effectiveness
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with focus on observability and resilience
• Coach and empower less senior engineers to level up and own larger epics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decide product vision and scope
• Champion full software development lifecycle from requirements to production support
