💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical backbone of site selection for a Direct Air Capture (DAC) company. Your mission is to de-risk deployment by ensuring every site is technically sound, grid-ready, and optimized. You'll evaluate geotechnical, hydrological, and electrical data to drive feasibility analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate prospective sites by reviewing geotechnical and environmental reports
• Lead electrical interconnection studies and utility coordination
• Use GIS to overlay environmental constraints and infrastructure data
• Develop preliminary site layouts using CAD software

📋 Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Deep understanding of soil bearing capacity, seismic risks, and water table depths
• Experience interpreting System Impact Studies and Power Purchase Agreements
• Proficiency in Civil 3D / AutoCAD and ArcGIS / QGIS
