As a Stylist at Mejuri, you will deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences, guiding customers in discovering jewelry that resonates with their personal style. You'll use product knowledge and storytelling to exceed sales goals and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Achieve KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Support order fulfillment including BOPIS and phone sales
• Maintain back-of-house organization and inventory integrity
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and fixture maintenance
