You'll provide in-depth technical support for MasterControl's cloud-based quality software for life sciences. You'll resolve advanced issues, identify software defects, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and resolve customer issues via calls and emails
- Provide root cause analysis and in-depth troubleshooting
- Identify and reproduce software defects for development
- Write technical documentation like Knowledge Base Articles
๐ Requirements
- Advanced application troubleshooting skills
- MS SQL database management experience
- Professional English language speaking/writing skills
- Proficient with Claude Code or similar

- LDAP/Active Directory experience
- Understanding of virtual environments
- Programming knowledge in JavaScript or HTML
