You'll provide in-depth technical support for MasterControl's cloud-based quality software for life sciences. You'll resolve advanced issues, identify software defects, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolutions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and resolve customer issues via calls and emails
  • Provide root cause analysis and in-depth troubleshooting
  • Identify and reproduce software defects for development
  • Write technical documentation like Knowledge Base Articles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced application troubleshooting skills
  • MS SQL database management experience
  • Professional English language speaking/writing skills
  • Proficient with Claude Code or similar

  • LDAP/Active Directory experience
  • Understanding of virtual environments
  • Programming knowledge in JavaScript or HTML
