💼 About This Role

You'll own IEM's low voltage product lines including panelboards, switchboards, and switchgear. You'll build and lead a team of Technical Product Managers focused on full Product Lifecycle Management. This role directly impacts product strategy and cross-departmental collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a team of Technical Product Managers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering
• Drive product lifecycle management and new product introductions
• Align team capacity with prioritized assignments

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in power distribution equipment industry, preferably switchgear
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing staff
• Knowledge of UL891, UL67, UL1558, ANSI C37.20.1, NEC/CEC

• Experience with product obsolescence and redesign
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
