💼 About This Role

You'll own the design, evolution, and operational reliability of our Kubernetes control plane architecture. You'll drive scalable cluster models and multi-region strategies to empower AI compute at scale. This role offers the chance to shape critical infrastructure for a high-growth AI cloud platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve Kubernetes control plane architecture across regions
• Define multi-tenant cluster models and isolation boundaries
• Ensure reliability and lifecycle management of production clusters
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
• Deep experience operating Kubernetes at scale in production
• Experience in CSP or hyperscale environments
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals (API server, scheduler, etcd)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with virtual cluster technologies like vcluster or Kamaji
• Supporting GPU workloads on Kubernetes
• Familiarity with NUMA-aware scheduling or RDMA environments
