You'll lead an IT Ops Engineering team of two engineers, building automation and integration solutions for a global marketplace. You'll drive IT maturity through technical excellence and meaningful innovation. This hybrid role balances people leadership with hands-on impact on high-impact automation projects that eliminate repetitive work and scale with a rapidly growing international organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and coach engineers on career growth and technical skills
• Design and implement automation and integration solutions with the team
• Align team roadmap with company objectives and IT maturity goals
• Champion engineering best practices and governance within IT

📋 Requirements

• Passion for developing people and helping them reach full potential
• Experience in IT engineering or platform teams
• Knowledge of Okta, Workday, Workato, Python, APIs, Jamf, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker
• Clear communication in English (written and verbal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with identity lifecycle automation and governance frameworks
• Background in SRE or DevOps practices applied to IT operations
