๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships for Energy Storage and Solar O&M services at a leading mission-critical infrastructure provider. Your focus is scaling an established business and converting a pipeline into long-term agreements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own revenue growth and pipeline conversion for ESS and Solar O&M accounts
- Build executive relationships with developers, IPPs, asset owners, and EPCs
- Lead complex commercial discussions on SLAs, guarantees, and LTSA structures
- Develop scalable BD strategies and standardize deal frameworks for national growth
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of BD experience in renewable energy or energy storage markets
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar service agreements
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in the solar and storage ecosystem
- Deep understanding of BESS service models and O&M contract structures

- Experience operating as both individual contributor and team leader
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Proven ability to build scalable commercial processes and BD organizations
