You'll lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships for Energy Storage and Solar O&M services at a leading mission-critical infrastructure provider. Your focus is scaling an established business and converting a pipeline into long-term agreements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own revenue growth and pipeline conversion for ESS and Solar O&M accounts
  • Build executive relationships with developers, IPPs, asset owners, and EPCs
  • Lead complex commercial discussions on SLAs, guarantees, and LTSA structures
  • Develop scalable BD strategies and standardize deal frameworks for national growth

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of BD experience in renewable energy or energy storage markets
  • Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar service agreements
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in the solar and storage ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of BESS service models and O&M contract structures

  • Experience operating as both individual contributor and team leader
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build scalable commercial processes and BD organizations
