You'll serve as the post-sales technical lead for customer workloads on Snowflake, driving growth through commercial and technical engagement. You'll collaborate with sales engineers and product teams to ensure customer success and adoption of new features. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic account management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects on customer strategies
- Develop deep understanding of customer environment and provide expert technical advice
- Manage and implement strategy for efficient workload consumption
- Act as technical advisor for production workloads in large organizations
- Monitor incoming cases and provide contextual guidance to support engineers
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years managing enterprise customer relationships as Technical Account Manager or equivalent
- 5+ years working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Scala
- Experience in customer-facing roles like solutions engineering or data architecture

- Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure Cloud Certification
- Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification
