💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the daily on-site liaison between construction teams and clients, administering contracts with a focus on quality and cost control. You'll resolve field issues, process RFIs, and coordinate with design teams to ensure project success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as on-site liaison between construction managers, client, and design teams
• Review and interpret construction documents and issue field sketches
• Process RFIs and submittals within contractual timeframes
• Monitor closeout submittals and perform QA/QC site visits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• 10+ years of related experience required
• Healthcare and/or Institutional project experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Procore and ACC required
