You'll join the Member and Provider Services team at Oscar Health, the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform. You'll handle daily customer interactions and back office tasks to support our members and providers. This role offers a fully remote opportunity within Florida.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and tools
  • Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors via multiple channels
  • Manage assigned caseload to meet service, productivity, and quality targets
  • Monitor and track work-in-progress issues, escalate and resolve them

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
