You'll join the Member and Provider Services team at Oscar Health, the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform. You'll handle daily customer interactions and back office tasks to support our members and providers. This role offers a fully remote opportunity within Florida.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and tools
- Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors via multiple channels
- Manage assigned caseload to meet service, productivity, and quality targets
- Monitor and track work-in-progress issues, escalate and resolve them
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
- 6+ months of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED

- Strong quantitative or analytical skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
