💼 About This Role

You will join a team supporting the NATO BMD Programme Office to develop training curricula. You'll apply your operational expertise to create course materials for NATO BMD systems. This role requires deep knowledge of BMC3I and NATO BMD operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review NATO BMD standards and provide analysis results
• Collaborate with operational users to collect curriculum information
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop course materials
• Support NCIA with expert opinions at BMD curriculum venues

📋 Requirements

• NATO Secret security clearance
• 5+ years experience in Ballistic Missile Defence operations
• Operational expertise in NATO BMD and TBMD missions
• Familiarity with NATO BMD user applications and BMC3I

• Experience with NATO ACT Programme of Work
• Instructional design or curriculum development background
