🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement enterprise-wide quality engineering standards.
• Lead development of test automation strategies using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Katalon.
• Drive innovation in QA practices including AI-assisted testing.
• Own release readiness criteria and serve as approver for production deployments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small QA team.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering.
• 2+ years in a leadership or people management role within QA.
• Hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Katalon.
• Proven experience leading QA for enterprise SaaS products in agile environments.

• Experience with low-code or highly configurable SaaS platforms.
