Description

You will drive new business acquisition across Cordance's education-focused portfolio, engaging K–12 districts, higher education institutions, and credentialing bodies. You'll own the full sales cycle, leading value-based discovery and stakeholder alignment to close new logo opportunities.

Requirements

  • Consultative selling experience navigating academic decision-making committees
  • Experience with multi-layered procurement processes in education
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups from small schools to large university systems

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert new logo opportunities in K–12, Higher Ed, and Continuing Education
  • Build prospecting strategies using market insight into SIS platforms and academic workflows
  • Own the entire sales cycle with emphasis on value-based discovery, ROI articulation, and stakeholder alignment
