Description
You will build and lead the sales function for G-P's AI-powered HR agent, Gia, converting product-qualified leads into revenue through a product-led sales model. You will own ARR targets, define GTM strategy, and drive forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership for SaaS products
- Experience with product-led sales and PQL conversion
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Experience in global employment or HR tech preferred
Responsibilities
- Own bookings/ARR targets for GIA across new business, upsell, and expansion
- Build the GTM plan: segments, territories, coverage model, and channel strategy
- Drive consistent forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and operating cadence
- Define the PQL → SQL → Close workflow with Growth, Product, and RevOps
- Partner tightly with Growth/Lifecycle, Product, CS, and RevOps
