Description

You will build and lead the sales function for G-P's AI-powered HR agent, Gia, converting product-qualified leads into revenue through a product-led sales model. You will own ARR targets, define GTM strategy, and drive forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership for SaaS products
  • Experience with product-led sales and PQL conversion
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in global employment or HR tech preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own bookings/ARR targets for GIA across new business, upsell, and expansion
  • Build the GTM plan: segments, territories, coverage model, and channel strategy
  • Drive consistent forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and operating cadence
  • Define the PQL → SQL → Close workflow with Growth, Product, and RevOps
  • Partner tightly with Growth/Lifecycle, Product, CS, and RevOps
