Description

You will manage the end-to-end sales compensation payment process at Stripe, ensuring accurate and timely payments to the global sales organization. You'll own data processing, validation, and audits within incentive compensation tools, handling sensitive compensation inquiries with patience and clarity.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics
• 2+ years sales compensation payment experience
• Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ICM (e.g., Captivate IQ, Varicent, Xactly)
• Experience with reporting tools, SQL, Tableau
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and on-time payments for variable sales compensation
• Conduct regular audits of ICM tool: personnel setup, plan management, calculations
• Process data, validate calculations, communicate compensation, handle inquiries
• Be first responder to compensation issues and escalate when needed
• Leverage Google Sheets and ICM tool for payment process
