💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of a personalized AI Stylist product for a fast-growing fashion tech company. You'll architect the AI strategy, build the team from scratch, and drive the product from R&D to production. This role offers the chance to own the end-to-end ML lifecycle and shape the future of fashion AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design high-level AI architecture and technical strategy
• Develop and optimize models for Virtual Try-On and outfit generation
• Build robust data pipelines for fashion data collection and processing
• Hire and lead a team of AI/ML engineers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of ML/AI experience with full R&D to production
• Deep understanding of GenAI ecosystems including Fine-tuning and RAG
• Expertise in Computer Vision and RecSys with generative models
• Proven ability to build stable ML pipelines and services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Virtual Try-On (VTON) models
• Knowledge of fashion domain or consumer products
• Background in MLOps and infrastructure scaling
