Description

You will lead day-to-day relationship management and account strategy for a major enterprise platform partner, managing a portfolio of co-developed solutions. You'll act as the primary liaison between partner stakeholders and internal teams, driving alignment, managing expectations, and championing award-worthy work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client/partner engagement and account leadership
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with large enterprise organizations and go-to-market teams
  • Background in agency account management, digital transformation, or martech/DXP initiatives
  • Financial and commercial acumen supporting scopes, budgets, and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner relationship day-to-day, building trust and driving alignment across a complex enterprise org
  • Act as primary liaison between partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
  • Lead account planning and health, establishing operating cadences and QBR/exec touchpoints
  • Translate partner objectives into actionable agency strategy and measure outcomes
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, supporting co-sell readiness and commercial oversight
