You'll own the Founding Family Program for Memo, an AI-powered home robot launching in late 2026. You'll define how we recruit families, lead cross-functional execution, and turn real-world feedback into product insights. This role shapes the playbook for how helpful robotics enters the home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define program strategy and learning objectives with Head of Product
• Select and onboard founding families for beta testing
• Lead cross-functional coordination across robotics, legal, and marketing
• Synthesize user feedback into product requirements and roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with 2+ years in senior role
• Hardware or robotics experience shipping physical products
• Beta program or pilot experience with real users
• Cross-functional leadership aligning teams without authority

• Background in safety-critical products
