💼 About This Role

You'll join the Backend Engineering team at Fiddler, building services and APIs for GenAI observability. You'll design authorization layers and alerting systems that directly impact how enterprises trust AI in production. You'll thrive solving cross-disciplinary problems at a fast pace in a supportive, tight-knit team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver production-ready auth layer for GenAI workloads
• Launch GenAI-specific alerting capabilities with notification integrations
• Ship backend features end-to-end across microservices
• Keep services reliable and observable, maintain SLOs

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building and operating production backend systems
• Strong proficiency in Python with Flask or similar web frameworks
• Experience designing RESTful APIs at scale
• Experience with asynchronous/event-driven processing (Celery, Kafka)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building authentication/authorization systems (OAuth 2.0, RBAC, ABAC)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
